Core Residence @ TRX is a finished building. Its certificate of completion and compliance (CCC) is dated 22 July 2024, and keys were handed over on 15 August 2024. What this means for buyers

You are buying a finished home, not a plan. With the CCC issued and keys handed over, you can view the actual unit, the actual view and the actual finishes. There is no construction risk and no wait. The flip side is that you pay as a completed purchase: the loan is released in full at once, so instalments start at the full amount rather than growing with progress payments.

The entry point moved up. The lowest price in our record is now RM 1,500,000. If your budget was built around the old figure, re-check it against the units still on offer, and ask for the current list for the exact unit and floor.

Larger units are in the range. The top size is now 1,572 sq ft rather than 1,022 sq ft, so the project can now be considered by a family that needs more space, not just by single owners and couples.
