About two years to go. From October 2026, September 2028 is roughly two years away. That suits a buyer who wants to move in within a couple of years.
Check your own SPA date. Because the period runs 48 months from the SPA, a buyer who signs later has a later contractual date than an early buyer, even though the building is the same. Ask what date your contract will carry and read the late-delivery clause.
Loan releases are already under way. If you buy now, several stages may already be due, so the first loan releases can be larger than on a fresh launch. Ask the developer which stage the project has billed up to.
