My view: who should pick which
These two answer different questions. Vox is the simpler family product: three sizes, a balcony and two bathrooms in every unit, fully furnished with timber flooring, one tower of 587 homes, and an earlier finish. What I would weigh is the entry price, the highest among its nearby new projects, and the distance to rail, so try the shuttle before you commit if you need the LRT every day. Bamboo Hills is the MRT product: the bridge to Kentonmen station, a dining enclave next door and a facility deck that is very large for this price range. The cost is scale, with 2,517 homes and nearly half of them the 603 sq ft type with one bathroom and one car park, and a wait until August 2029.
