My view on Sentul, Jalan Ipoh and Setapak

There are only three projects here, and they suit three different buyers. Bamboo Hills Residences is the one for train users: a link bridge to Kentonmen MRT, about 100 m away, from RM 486,000 for 603 to 904 sq ft. It is also by far the largest, with 2,517 units, and it is expected in 2029.

EkoTitiwangsa has the lowest starting price, RM 434,700, and the lowest price per square foot, about RM 630. Sentul Timur LRT is about 720 m away and completion is expected in 2028. Vox Residence, from RM 523,200, suits owners who drive: its nearest LRT station is about 2.7 km away.

Two things to weigh. Nothing here is finished, so the earliest you would move in is 2028. And homes run from 603 to 1,120 sq ft, so this is a market for single owners, couples and small families rather than large households.
