My view: who should pick which
These two are about 1.2 km apart but built for different buyers, and their sizes do not overlap. Aster Hill is the one I would point to for a family: three bedrooms and two bathrooms in every unit, 2 to 3 car parks, one of the lower prices per square foot and monthly fees among new three-bedroom homes in this part of Kuala Lumpur, and completion expected in 2027. The compromise is the train, about 3.3 km to the nearest MRT stations, plus 1,150 units with 18 on a floor, and one side of each block faces the MEX Highway. Aurum Suites is the one for the walk to the MRT: a covered walkway of about 600 m, only 10 suites a floor, and a lower entry price. You pay a higher price per square foot and an estimated RM 0.50 psf a month for that, the layouts stop at two bedrooms, the Type B car parks are in tandem, and you wait until Q4 2029.
