The extra pays for a new building, the covered walkway to the MRT, and the air-conditioners, water heaters and digital lock that come at handover. Both references can be inspected today, while Aurum is expected in Q4 2029. With only 8 sales the sample is small, so compare the price per sq ft of the unit you are quoted.
