My view: who should pick which
These two are close on the map and far apart in what they are. The Atera is a large transit development: 1,632 homes in two towers, 20 units a floor, a covered walk to Asia Jaya LRT, a low fee of RM 0.32 psf and a price you can see today. Accent Residences is a single tower of 231 homes at 8 a floor, every one a three- or four-bedroom reached through its own lift lobby, with living and dining widths of 20 to 24 ft. What I cannot do yet is compare them on money: Accent's price list, facility list and maintenance fee are not out, and it is expected in 2030, two years after The Atera's Phase 2.
