Quick answer: who is Centrix The Station for?
Centrix The Station suits buyers who want to live directly above an LRT station in the city centre, with units from 564 sq ft and the lowest monthly fee of the neighbours compared below, at RM 0.44 psf. It is less suited to buyers who want a low-density building: 857 homes share one tower, with up to 21 per floor. For the latest price list and available units, WhatsApp +60 17-279 8932.
My view
In one line: Centrix sits directly above Dang Wangi LRT station, from RM 907,800. You are buying a station at your door, and the price of that is a busy, high-density building.
On price: Among the projects in the comparison table below that list a per-square-foot price, its roughly RM 1,600 to 1,850 psf is the lowest. But for similar unit sizes, it is above what the completed Sky Suites @ KLCC actually sold for in 2024 to 2026. The gap pays for the station downstairs and a new building, expected in 2028.
Living there: The station connects to the ground-floor lobby, and Bukit Nanas monorail station is about 300 m away, so you can manage without a car. The monthly fee is RM 0.44 psf, which for an 891 sq ft dual-key unit is about RM 392 a month (RM 0.44 × 891 sq ft). Eleven lifts serve 857 units, so there may be waits at peak hours; ask about this on site.
Who it suits, who it doesn't: It suits people who work in the city centre and want to commute by rail, and buyers who want a city-centre base. Foreign buyers can only buy units of RM 1,000,000 or more. It does not suit people who want a quieter building with few units per floor: floors 12 to 22 have 20 units each, and floors 23 to 42 have 21.
How long to hold: It can be a long-term home. If you plan to rent it out, 649 to 710 sq ft units at nearby Sky Suites @ KLCC ask RM 3,400 to 4,000 a month, but those are owners' asking prices, not signed leases.
Check for yourself when viewing: Ask the sales team about current construction progress, then check it against the site yourself; how utility rates are charged on a commercial title; and what the view is from the stack you want, before you choose a floor.
- Suits: professionals working in KL City Centre who want the shortest possible commute; buyers who want a liquid city-centre asset; foreign buyers, including MM2H holders, on units priced at RM 1,000,000 or more, the Kuala Lumpur minimum for foreign buyers (the entry units below that are not open to them).
- Think twice if: you want a low-density building with few units per floor.

What do nearby homes actually sell and rent for?
The closest like-for-like references are two completed towers in the same part of the city centre: Sky Suites @ KLCC, about 0.85 km away, and Quill Residences, about 0.42 km away, both with units similar in size to Centrix's smaller layouts. Quill Residences has only eight recorded sales, spread over a wide range, so treat it as a rough guide.
Recorded sale prices, 2024 to 2026
| Project | Unit size | Sales | Price | Price per sq ft |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Centrix The Station (launch, expected 2029) | 564 to 1,187 sq ft | New launch | From RM 907,800 | About RM 1,600 to 1,850 |
| Sky Suites @ KLCC (completed) | 549 to 689 sq ft | 6 | RM 576,000 to 1 million | About RM 1,020 to 1,530 |
| Sky Suites @ KLCC (completed) | 797 to 883 sq ft | 10 | RM 924,000 to 1.20 million | About RM 1,110 to 1,450 |
| Quill Residences (completed) | 667 to 775 sq ft | 8 | RM 1.00 to 1.63 million | About RM 1,290 to 2,450 |
There is no like-for-like recorded sale for Centrix's 900 to 1,187 sq ft units.
Asking rents, September 2026
| Project | Unit | Asking rent per month |
|---|---|---|
| Sky Suites @ KLCC | 649 to 710 sq ft | RM 3,400 to 4,000 |
| Sky Suites @ KLCC | 795 to 889 sq ft | RM 3,500 to 4,800 |
| Quill Residences | 667 to 738 sq ft | RM 2,900 to 4,100 |
| Quill Residences | 850 sq ft | RM 4,500 |
Asking rents are what owners are listing for, not signed leases, so treat them as a ceiling.
How I read it. Size for size, Centrix's launch price per square foot sits above what Sky Suites @ KLCC units actually sold for in 2024 to 2026, and inside the wide range Quill Residences sold for. Two things keep this from being a straight comparison: Centrix is a launch price for a building expected in 2029, while the other two are finished buildings you can inspect today; and Centrix is built directly above Dang Wangi LRT station. Centrix is handed over semi-furnished; resale units come in whatever condition the owner left them.
Which Centrix layout suits you?
| Type | Size | Configuration | Who it suits (my view) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Studio | 571 to 659 sq ft | Studio | One person, or a city base |
| 1 bedroom / 1 bedroom + study | 578 to 871 sq ft | 1 bedroom | One person or a couple living in |
| Large studio | 752 to 855 sq ft | Studio | One person who wants a larger open space |
| Dual key | 593 to 777 sq ft | Two lockable sides | An owner who wants to live in one side and use the other |
| Dual key (large) | 891 to 1,039 sq ft | Two lockable sides | An owner who wants a home office or room for family on the other side |
| 2 bedrooms | 718 to 1,019 sq ft | 2 bedrooms | A couple or small family |
| 3 bedrooms | 1,001 to 1,187 sq ft | 3 bedrooms | A family that needs three bedrooms |
What I would pick. The S15/S15A show unit is an 891 sq ft dual key, and it is the layout I would choose. To book a viewing, WhatsApp Shyan Yee at +60 17-279 8932. Each side has its own bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. Units come semi-furnished: wardrobes, kitchen cabinets, hob and hood, fridge, washer-dryer, air-conditioning, water heater and a digital lock, with 600 x 1200 mm porcelain tiles in the living area. Live in one side and use the other as a home office, or keep one for family. If you only need one address, the 578 to 871 sq ft one-bedroom with study is the practical own-stay choice, and families should look at the two-bedroom (718 to 1,019 sq ft) and three-bedroom (1,001 to 1,187 sq ft) layouts. Ask about the outlook of each stack before you pick a floor.

Price per square foot against its neighbours
| Project | From | Price per sq ft | Built-up | Units | Monthly fee | Completion |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Centrix The Station | RM 907,800 | about RM 1,600 to 1,850 | 564 to 1,187 sq ft | 857 | RM 0.44 psf | Expected 2029 |
| Branniganz | RM 803,500 | from about RM 2,163 | 344 to 678 sq ft | 759 | RM 1.21 psf | Expected 2028 |
| Phoeniz Suites | RM 1,016,400 | about RM 2,100 | 484 to 678 sq ft | 394 | RM 1.21 psf | 60 months after APDL |
| Golden Crown | RM 1,280,000 | from about RM 2,051 | 624 to 1,238 sq ft | 490 | RM 0.80 psf | Expected 2026 |
| CloutHaus | RM 1,548,800 | about RM 2,900 | 549 to 1,216 sq ft | 615 | RM 0.80 psf | Expected 2029 |
| Orion Residence | RM 1,450,000 | about RM 2,707 to 3,750 | 491 to 1,329 sq ft | 298 | RM 1.32 psf | Completed 2026 |
Of the projects with a price per square foot in the table, Centrix is the lowest, and it also has the lowest monthly fee and larger units than Branniganz or Phoeniz. What it gives up against CloutHaus and Orion is building exclusivity: 857 units with up to 21 homes per floor is a busy tower.
Facilities
The facilities sit on two levels, the 11th and the 45th. The pool deck has the Aqua Sonata lap pools (16 m by 4.5 m, 1.2 m deep) and a kids' pool (5.5 m by 4.5 m, 600 mm deep), with cabanas and a sun deck. On Level 11 there are also the Co-Working Lounge, Games Station, Storypedia and Gourmet Kitchen. The landscaped spaces are Tree Alcoves, Tune Trails, Harmony Canopy, Riverie Garden and the Rhapsody Reflective Pond, with a mini lawn, swings and a play area. At the top: sky gymnasium, sky lounge, BBQ garden and viewing decks. The tower stands on a 10-storey podium with retail, office and car park levels.
Owners can also opt into a one-stop hospitality management service for short-term rental.
