Arte Solaris combines office suites of 477 to 964 sq ft and serviced apartments of 790 to 2,051 sq ft.

My view on Mont Kiara, Segambut and Damansara Heights
This side of Kuala Lumpur is really two markets. Segambut and North Kiara are the family-budget end: Stellaris @ Riana Dutamas from RM 519,000, Arunya Residences from RM 602,800 and Tangen Residences from RM 659,000, all at about RM 670 to 740 per square foot, and the smallest unit at Tangen is 1,033 sq ft. Arte Solaris, from RM 580,000, costs more per square foot, at about RM 1,150, and its units start from 477 sq ft.
Damansara Heights and Taman Duta are the top end. Pavilion Damansara Heights has four residential towers connected to its own MRT station, with Royal Suites from RM 754,000 and two towers already completed. EDEN Taman Duta is a low-rise of 146 homes from RM 7,900,000, and its smallest unit is 5,296 sq ft.
The trade-off in Mont Kiara and Segambut is the train. Arte Solaris and Tangen Residences are about 1.45 km and 2 km from Segambut KTM, so both suit owners who drive. If you want to walk to a station, look at Stellaris (about 320 m to Segambut KTM), Arunya (about 600 m to Jinjang MRT) or Pavilion Damansara Heights.
