My view on Subang Jaya and Shah Alam
Subang Jaya and Shah Alam have low entry prices: five of the nine projects start below RM 500,000. Bayu @ Mori Park starts from RM 250,000, at about RM 460 per square foot. Colonial Infinite @ edumetro starts from RM 253,000, but note that it is sold as office suites, from 280 sq ft, not as homes.
If you want to be near a station, there are three choices. Astrum Shah Alam is next to Dato' Menteri LRT station, Alora Residences is about 300 m from USJ 21 LRT, and Bayu @ Mori Park is about 700 m from Stadium Shah Alam LRT station. Astrum and Bayu @ Mori Park rely on LRT 3 stations. Bayu Timur Residences, Erat Residence and Myra Senja have no station nearby on record, so they suit owners who drive.
